Fred also suggested that I do more unconventional scrapbooking. Not good memories but bad memories, or fears. I like this idea but I'm not sure how to go about doing it.

Just a nudge--SU! sells great Designer paper--lots have at least one page of Polka Dots in the package.

if you like this idea, figure out a way and test it. maybe that "not sure how to go about it" is a manifestation of fear. so there's a start.
